As General Manager, you will be assuring only the highest quality, controlling costs, hiring associates, monitoring inventory and delivering superior customer service to every customer. Future team members should be interested in being trained to be a District Manager and ultimately oversee multiple stores simultaneously as Amorini grows.
We are looking for individuals who aspire to become a General Manager. You will also assist with day-to-day operations and support the General Manager.

Training & Development
Our training is action-based and hands-on! You won’t find yourself sitting in a small room reading big training manuals. We introduce you to our menu and get you involved immediately because we know that the more you can practice, the better you will be. You are the experts who will make recommendations and be able to help a customer with any need or question to make their experience an Amorini experience.
